What will you do as an Operations Analyst at WisdomCircle?
As an Analyst in the Product Operations Team, you'll play a critical role in making sure our users (retired professionals & recruiters) have a great user experience. You’ll interact with users, observe user journeys, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. You'll work closely with Product & Tech team to implement solutions that optimize performance and ultimately improve the user experience. Some specific tasks include:
- Interacting with users on through various channels like phone calls, WA messages, etc. to
- Resolve their queries
- support them with completing their profile and job applications
- nudge them to complete their profiles, apply to relevant roles, etc.
- Providing insights and feedback to help improve our platform to better suit the needs of our users
- Collaborating with different teams across WisdomCircle to implement solutions and optimize performance.
- Maintaining detailed records of all processes and conversations and ensure that
the customer experience meets the quality standards set by the product operations
team.
- Conducting regular analysis of key operational metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth
