Product at WisdomCircle
- We are obsessed with delivering experiences that delight and inspire our users (Retirees & Recruiters) into action! Our users are at the heart of everything we do!
- We care about the entire user journey from discovery and acquisition to post-application support. We believe happy users will be our biggest ambassadors.
- We are always on look out for new ideas that can add value to our users. We create prototypes and set up experiments using no-code tools and to gain quick user feedback and prioritize which features to build.
- We meticulously plan product features in collaboration with internal teams across our business verticals, engineering, design, marketing, and others.
- We question everything! We gather data (both quantitative and qualitative) to validate assumptions and ensure that our decisions are both user-vetted and data-driven.
- Our product is a webapp which can be accessed through browsers on laptops, tablet and mobile. Therefore, we are not a device specific platform.
So, what will you do as a Product Designer at WisdomCircle?
- We have two users - retired professionals who we call WisGen (short for Wisdom Generation) and recruiters. As a Product Designer, you’ll be the voice of our users, championing the little things that will create delightful experiences for them.
- You'll collaborate with the product, engineering, and customer success teams to conceptualize and design new features, like building a chat between retirees and recruiters, video introductions to enrich WisGen profiles, an assistant for recruiters to help them write better job descriptions, etc.
- You’ll set up interviews with WisGen and recruiters, feedback & testing sessions to understand what’s working and what’s not and share insights with the team, to ensure we continuously improve our offerings.
This might be for you if...
- You have at least one year of full-time experience as a product designer / UI-UX designer. This is non-negotiable. We don’t care about your title as long as you have tangible experience in building products and can share your experiences.
- You are proficient in Figma (Auto Layout, Design Systems, Components (Variants and Properties), Variables, Grids, Prototyping, etc). This is also a non-negotiable. Knowing other design tools are a bonus!
